He worked as an Assistant District Attorney for Calcasieu Parish in Lake Charles, Louisiana. Additionally, from 1995 until 2007 he served as an Assistant United States Attorney (federal prosecutor) for the U.S. Department of Justice.

He practiced in Lake Charles and Lafayette, LA. Accordingly, he has extensive trial experience in state and federal court. Todd has litigated over fifty jury trials in both state and federal courts with a 96% success rate. He will bring those skills to court for you.
